How can I check the status of my order?
After an order has been placed, it is sent directly to our workshop, where your item will be posted.
You will then be able to track your package in our footer menu by clicking on the "Order Tracking" tab.
What are the shipping times?
Delivery time in France: 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery time in Europe (excluding France): 3 to 6 days.
*As part of the reconfiguration, the deadlines are indicative. Delivery may be delayed.
How to place an order?
Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the "Buy Now" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package will be sent!
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.
For payment with an Aurora card, Credit Card, Maestro and other debit card, you must make the payment via Paypal even if you do not have an account
To do this, simply select "Buy with Paypal" on the shopping cart page. You can then select "Pay by credit card or Visa debit card" on the next page. Then, you enter your country (France), and in the card type, you will be able to select your card
